ESIGN Act

Signers receive a clear disclosure about their rights before signing, including the right to paper copies and the right to withdraw consent. Explicit consent is captured and timestamped with the signer's IP address.

UETA

Compliant with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act adopted by 49 states. Electronic signatures have the same legal weight as ink signatures when all parties consent to transact electronically.

Complete Audit Trail

Every event is logged: consent given, document opened, signature applied, and completion. Each event records the timestamp, IP address, and browser. Export the full audit trail as JSON at any time.

Certificate of Signature

Every completed document includes a Certificate of Signature PDF with signer details, timestamps, IP addresses, consent records, and a SHA-256 document hash for tamper detection.
