A few good questions

Do I have to use monday.com?

No. DocRunner has a native monday.com integration, and it also has a REST API with outgoing webhooks. Any app that can make an HTTP request can create, send, and track packets.

What’s a packet?

A bundle of documents that goes out as one signing session. A lease, its addendums, and its disclosures travel together. Each signer sees what they need to sign, in order, and everything comes back as one completed set with one certificate.

Do signers need an account?

No. Signers get an email with a secure link, review the documents, adopt a signature, and sign from any device. No login and nothing to install.

Can I try the whole flow before sending real emails?

Yes. Test mode runs the full flow, including the API, without sending email. Sending a test packet returns a signing link for each signer so you can walk through it yourself.
