Do signers need an account?

No. Signers receive an email with a secure link and can sign from any device without creating an account.

What counts as a "document"?

Each packet you send for signing counts as one document, regardless of how many pages or PDFs are inside it.

Can I add more users?

Every plan includes unlimited users. Your whole team can use DocRunner at no extra cost.

Are e-signatures legally binding?

Yes. DocRunner is compliant with the ESIGN Act and UETA. Every signature includes consent capture, timestamps, IP logging, and a Certificate of Signature with SHA-256 tamper detection.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

What happens at the end of the 90-day trial?

We'll bill the card you have on file with us at $40/mo. If you wish to cancel before the 90-day trial ends, you can cancel from your account settings.
